We simply ask you to book in advance and complete our short welcome forms, so we can look after you properly from the moment you arrive.

What does a complimentary guest day include?

Your guest day includes everything our members enjoy: a warming morning drink, a two-course hot lunch, our full calendar of daily activities, and traditional afternoon tea before departure. We offer one complimentary guest day per person, subject to availability. Simply select the Be Our Guest, Complimentary Day ticket when you book.
