Your Attendance and Cancellations

We greatly look forward to welcoming you to the Alderley Clubhouse. Because our chef-prepared gastronomy is carefully planned in advance, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our booking policy.

  • Rescheduling Your Day: We are always happy to move your booking to an alternative date. We simply require at least 48 hours' notice so our kitchen team can adjust our menus.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your visit entirely, we provide refunds for cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice. Please ensure your cancellation request is sent to us in writing via email.

  • Late Notice & Non-Attendance: Our daily attendance is strictly capped to ensure an intimate, highly personalised experience. Because our professional support team and catering are arranged specifically for your comfort, we cannot offer refunds for non-attendance or cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice.
